The 7th IEEE International Symposium on Diagnostics for Electric Machines, Power Electronics and Drives

Cargèse (France), August 31 - September 3, 2009

SDEMPED Industrial Forum

Scope

The SDEMPED Industrial Forum provides a platform for industrial users to present practical problems related with monitoring and diagnostics. This is a great opportunity for scientists from universities and research labs to get in touch with real diagnostics issues of industrial applications. The SDEMPED Industrial Forum is thus intended to enable exchanges between representatives from research labs and industry regarding industry oriented diagnostics of power electronics, electric machines and drives.

Benefits for Participants

Benefits for participants from industry:

Benefits for participants from academia:

All participants of the SDEMPED Industrial Forum are requested to provide names and affiliations to mutually exchange contact information. Discussions are highly encouraged.

Submission of Proposals and Participation

Participants from industry are requested to give a presentation of 15-30 minutes to colleagues from universities and research labs. Possible topics of the presentations include industrial subjects of diagnostics for electric machines power electronics and drives. No full paper has to be provided by the presenters. Instead, presentation slides should be prepared.

Prospective speakers should submit an informal proposal of the intended presentation to Ernesto.Wiedenbrug@skf.com and to Christian.Kral@arsenal.ac.at no later than April 27, 2009. A final presentation with electronic slides should be provided no later than June 22, 2009.
